The Incubator at Valley Research Park
Valley Research Park provides incubator space to Biotech and other types of startups. Join our coworking research campus with 30+ biotech, life sciences and other technology companies. We have over 100 dry labs, wet labs, and high power labs sized from 300 - 5,000 square feet.
For selected startup companies, VRP invests into the startup the funds to cover their base rent for their first year. The startup pays only the operational costs for their space.

Tours are the BEST WAY to see how your company can get lab space that will help you reach your research milestones quickly.
With over 100 labs, our facility is suitable for a wide range of biology, chemistry, climate and clean tech companies.
Tours take about 45 minutes and are offered Monday to Friday.
This form is for companies and brokers actively seeking incubator lab space. Broker Commissions are generous and we make the process very easy for brokers.
